Do you know of a good and advanced Chinese English translator?

I am looking for a Chinese English translator that hopefully has the following features:

- There is a joystick, and if you use it to write a Chinese word or phrase, it will translate it to English. Also vice versa.

- It reads English words aloud to you

- It has a keypad you can use to type Chinese pinyin or English words with

- If you say something in Chinese, it will translate it to English (and then read it aloud to you)

- It's handheld
