What is a good language translator?

I need some Spanish and Japanese translator, but every time I find it, The online Japanese translator becomes Japanese word, like

"smart" =賢いです.

But I need "smart" word in abc, not Japanese word. Where I can find it?What is a good language translator?
For Japanese you'll be hard pressed to find a reliable dictionary to translate in romanised characters. (That's the ABC you want it in) In my sources I have a few listed, but these will only translate words, not entire sentences. Note that these are not infallible, and will only translate to and from English. If you manage to find any others let me know. I hate having to use two or three to get some odd word into a language I know it in.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
The only really good translator is a person who knows both languages. Translation software does not do a good job of translating idioms, synonyms, phrases. or subtleties of a language.

For example, no software will do a good job of translating an expression such as "give me a break". What is a good language translator?
NONE.There are no absolutely accurate online translators out there.Maybe Google "Smart in Japanese".Translators NEVER work.

Oh,and "smart" in Japanese is Atamagaii (pronounced ah-tah-ma-gah-e)
babel fish might work. google it.What is a good language translator?
I think, you can try Google Translate at the
