I tried to translate this word online, searched for it in Encyclopedia Britanica even used Benson dictionary. Result is nothing. The word is 'osmosmerka'. That is common Serbian word. It stands for type of puzzle. You have a table of letters and you search for them in 'eight ways' [that is wath osmosmerka means in litteral translation].
