Is there a translator for translating Russian written in non-Cryllic letters to english?

I am trying to translate email messages with words lik "kak dela" and non of the translators I see online will tranlate them because they are not Cryllic|||Contact Prime Language Services: http://www.PrimeLanguageServices.com They have translators who will be able to translate e-mail messages written in Romanized Russian into English.|||No. It's like asking:





- is there a translator for French when the text is NOT using French letters





or





- is there a translator for Greek when the text is NOT using Greek letters
