I am learning the japanese language. This type of translator would
be great to have.
Also if you have any other great japanese learning links then I'll be glad to have them.|||You can't trust an online translator because they don't actually understand the language. It's just a machine.
A good online dictionary is http://linear.mv.com/cgi-bin/j-e/dict
I use it when translating medical terminology. It uses romaji and then the kanji/kana is an image which is nice if your computer doesn't support Japanese characters.
If you want to download the Japanese language pack, Microsoft can help. Just follow this link:

Kondasha is a really good company for Japanese dictionaries. Theirs usually contains example sentences for the words and also verb conjugations and counters in the back.|||a) It's spelled translatOr
b) That's not a good way to learn a language. For the occasional vocabulary word when a dictionary isn't handy, then yes. But for proper language learning, use textbooks and teachers, not bad online translators.|||Sadly none of them say it in Japanese.
There is one which is similar though, it's a kanji to romaji translator and can be found here:
http://nihongo.j-talk.com/parser/
Just type in the kanji or copy/paste it, and it will translate it to romaji for you! Romaji is also how you pronounce it in Japanese, so.. hopefully it's similar!
Good luck, and I hope this helped!
