How do I download Japanese on Microsoft Word?

I'm not interested in the translator for Japanese, but I'm trying to find a program that allows me to actually type using Japanese hirigana, katakana and kanji.|||If You have Windows you can go to your control Panel Language setting and add Windows IME for Japanese. If you're on a mac you can do this as well, but I'm not a mac person so I can't really tell you how to do it.|||download a japanese font :P
