Which is the best hand held translator device to buy?

I am going to Japan in 2 months and I don't speak Japanese AT ALL! I am looking for a good hand held translator that speaks the sentences and also shows the words in Kanji. It would be great if it all showed the Japanese translation phonetically in English characters, but not essential.
